As of today (Wednesday, March 20), nominations for the Lok Sabha elections have been opened. The BJP has submitted nominations for Dr. Rajesh Mishra, the candidate for the Sidhi Lok Sabha constituency, and Himadri Singh, the contender for the Shahdol seat.
At the BJP candidate Dr. Rajesh Mishra's Sidhi nomination, Cabinet Minister Prahlad Singh Patel, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, and Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla were present. Shahdol Himadri Singh was present, as were Minister Dilip Jaiswal, former Minister Bisahu Lal Singh, and BJP leaders.
On April 19, voting will begin in the Lok Sabha elections' first phase. Voting in the six Madhya Pradesh Lok Sabha seats—Chhindwara, Jabalpur, Mandla, Sidhi, Shahdol, and Balaghat—will also take place in the first phase. Two seats are set aside for the Mandla and Balaghat tribal classes, while the remaining four are open to the general public.
Congress candidate has not yet entered the race, the CM stated plainly.
The assembly was addressed by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav prior to the BJP candidate's nomination in Sidhi. We're off to a great start in Sidhi, he remarked. With Lord Shri Ram's grace, the BJP candidate became the first in the state to submit a candidacy. The Congress candidate, however, has not yet entered the race for office.
Congress will now operate under the stipulation that the feet of the Congress are only visible in the cradle. Although the state has 29 Lok Sabha seats, none of the major Congress figures are prepared to run for office.

Himadri Singh, the BJP contender for the Shahdol seat, went to the Anuppur District Collector's office and submitted his candidacy. The current Member of Parliament for Shahdol is Himadri Singh. He is once again the BJP's contender.
Nomination was filed by Rajesh Mishra from Sidhi, Himadri from Shahdol. Dr. Mohan Yadav, the chief minister, also arrived; nominations for six MP Lok Sabha seats begin today.
