A memo was given to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister by Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh.

The Prime Minister and the Chief Minister received a memorandum from the Sehore Madhya Pradesh State Employees Union outlining employee-friendly demands. Among other things, the memorandum demanded that all state employees and pensioners receive 50% of the Center's dearness allowance.

The seventh pay scale's housing allowance and other allowances need to be revised. There has been a call for the state's small-wage workers in the departments of Women and Child Development and other departments to receive regular pay for three to four months and for everyone, including the teacher cadre, to receive the benefits of the fourth time scale. establishing the Eighth Pay Commission to make changes to government employee pay, benefits, and service conditions; giving orders for newly hired staff to receive their full salary; and announcing the Guaranteed Pension Scheme (OPS) for government employees upon retirement.
