Even during festival seasons, there has been no decrease in unexpected power outages. There was a blackout crisis in the metropolitan region of Sehore and the neighboring rural areas on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 3 am. People were disturbed by the loss of electricity as a result. An hour or so later, the electrical system was operational again.

The source states that electricity was turned off till two or three in the evening over the entire city and its environs, including Nehru Colony, Town, Bhopal Naka, Chanakyapuri, Sugar Factory Square, and Mandi. As a result, they encountered difficulties.

According to Sharad Mahobia, an official with the electricity distribution firm, the supply from the 132 KV power substation Bijori has been cut off. All urban and rural regions were still without supply. According to the operator, there was no electricity for around thirty minutes.
