Glenn McGrath, the legendary fast bowler from Australia, feels that Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah's bowling action is what caused him to get hurt. Bumrah needs the off-season, according to McGrath, because his bowling action puts him at risk for more injuries.

Due to his back surgery in March 2023, Bumrah might be out of the cricket game for a while. Both the IPL 2023 and the T20 World Cup in Australia in 2022 were missed by him.

Speaking to the media at the MRF Pace Foundation, McGrath stated that Bumrah requires an off-season since he gives every ball his best. They require a rest. Given the pressure on his bowling action, if he plays on, he will undoubtedly sustain an injury, as he has in the past.

According to McGrath, Bumrah's speed improves when he takes the final two steps of the bowling action and the ball speed increases as a result.

India did not feel the necessity for a left-handed bowler because of their superior right armour. McGrath McGrath stated that the country was not compelled to search for a left-arm bowler because right-arm fast bowlers were already in place. He stated that there hasn't been a significant alteration to Indian fast bowling in a long time. The commendable performances of Mohammed Shami, Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Umesh Yadav. The Indian squad will consider quick bowling once he retires.

We haven't seen a left-arm Indian fast bowler in a while because there are so many excellent right-arm bowlers.
Price will not be a factor in Starc-Cummins' decision.
Mack Starc made the decision to skip the IPL for private reasons. However, he returned with a record price. They have to have been anticipating it. He can swing the ball just as well as any other fast bowler on his day. It's astounding how much money they have been given. But Starc and Cummins are both highly skilled players who are familiar with the rules of the game. McGrath stated, "I don't think the price will impact them one cent."

For this season, Cummins and Starc made offers totaling more than Rs 20 crores. For Rs 24.75 crore, Starc joined KKR, and for Rs 20.50 crore, Cummins joined SRH

Bumrah's injury was caused by his bowling action: Glenn McGrath stated: "Jasprit gives every ball his all, but he needs a break."
