For the past few months, Sehore district has consistently ranked first in the state for handling CM Helpline complaints. Sehore district has once again achieved the highest ranking in the state for handling CM Helpline cases.
Sehore district has been at the top of the state rating every month, and the district officers have been doing a fantastic job of handling CM Helpline cases under the capable direction of Collector Praveen Singh for the past few months.
A total of 5811 complaints from the CM Helpline in the Sehore area were addressed in April, with a 77% weightage score, according to the CM Helpline's ongoing rating. Vidisha was in third place, while Ujjain was in second. Collector Praveen Singh consistently advises the staff on how to promptly and satisfactorily handle the complaints received through the CM Helpline.
Collector Singh expressed his gratitude to the District Officers of various departments, especially the CEO of the District Panchayat and the Additional Collector, for their consistent and outstanding work in the CM Helpline. He also anticipated prompt resolution of the issues facing the general public.
According to him, the CM Helpline is an excellent way to address the concerns of regular people and promote openness and sound governance in the administration. He stated that it should always be our goal to relieve people's distress by promptly resolving their grievances and issues. Additionally, prompt and satisfactory complaint handling boosts public trust in the administration.
Review every day to address problems
The Collector evaluates the CM Helpline in detail departmentally, districtally, and tehsilally in every TL meeting, in addition to assessing the resolution of CM Helpline cases on a daily basis. Collector Singh solves the officers' problems during the review in a timely manner. Sehore district has been leading the state for the past few months as a significant consequence of this.
