A brother-in-law was arrested after giving a neighbor betel nuts to kill his sister-in-law.

The mystery of the dead body of a woman found in a sack four days ago near Sakadha Khedi Jod culvert has been solved. Actually, it was the brother-in-law who got his sister-in-law murdered by giving betel nut to his friend.

On March 11, the police found the body of a woman packed in a sack, which was identified as Pooja, wife of Amit Akhepuriya, 30 years old, resident of Forest Colony, Ganj. During the investigation, in the case of Pooja's murder, the police strictly interrogated the suspect brother-in-law Akshay Akhepuriya and he told that he was upset with his sister-in-law. Therefore, a betel nut worth Rs 1.5 lakh was given to Hemant alias Honey and his friend who lived in front of the house.

Took along with her on the pretext of getting her a job: On March 8, accused Hemant alias Honey Chauhan took deceased Pooja to Unique Cafe at Sakada Khedi Jod with the promise of getting her a job in Anganwadi. His friend was also present here.

Both of them closed his mouth and nose with handkerchief due to which he died due to suffocation. After this, the accused Hemant also committed atrocities with the dead body and after tying the hands and legs of the dead body, packed it in a sack and threw it near the culvert of Sekdakhedi Highway. The accused had hidden the deceased's mobile and purse in the bushes near Mandi crematorium.
