Ever since his name surfaced in the snake poison case, Elvish Yadav has been in the news. The winner of "Bigg Boss OTT 2" was placed under arrest on March 17 and held for 14 days in judicial custody. The Wildlife Protection Act was the reason for his arrest. The YouTuber's bail hearing was scheduled to take place at a local court in Noida, but it was postponed.
The well-known social media figure has been a part of several scandals. His name surfaced after it was claimed that he supplied snake venom to a rave party. He was recently arrested while a complaint was being processed. He was taken to a municipal court in Noida to appear before the judge on bail. But because of the local bar association's ongoing strike, the hearing was rescheduled. The court was unable to proceed with the proceedings as a result of this strike, which placed the hearing on hold.
The Times of India said that Gaurav Bhatia, Elvish Yadav's attorney, got into a heated altercation with the other attorneys in the Noida court. The Uttar Pradesh government detained Vinay and Ishwar, two additional suspects, after he was arrested. It has been reported that Ishwar has never met Yadav, but Vinay, who owns a restaurant in Gurugram, is a close buddy of Yadav.
A video of the YouTuber's mother sobbing uncontrollably went viral on social media following his detention. The accusations are refuted by Yadav's parents. They also stated in a recent interview that Yadav would temporarily borrow expensive cars from his pals. When he was through utilizing them, they said he would return the car. They also denied rumors claiming he had real estate in Dubai. Although Yadav's parents are disputing the accusations, an NDTV report stated that Yadav acknowledged providing snake venom for the rave party.
