The deadline for submitting candidacy forms for the Lok Sabha elections' first phase is today. Candidates from significant political parties will file their nominations in Chhindwara, Jabalpur, Mandla, and Shahdol on this day.

64 nominations have been made by 49 contenders so far for the six Lok Sabha seats.

Elections are scheduled for six seats in the first phase: Sidhi, Shahdol, Mandla, Jabalpur, Balaghat, and Chhindwara. Names can be withdrawn until March 30 after nomination papers are examined on March 28. On April 19, voting will be conducted.

Phundelal Singh Marco has been nominated by the Congress for the Shahdol Lok Sabha seat. Today, Marco will submit his nomination. Jitu Patwari, the state president of the Congress, has traveled to Anuppur to attend his nomination rally.

Patwari is accompanied by Ajay Singh and the leader of the opposition, Umang Singhar.
Seven contenders have filed their papers for the Sidhi Lok Sabha seat as of Tuesday. Thus far, ten candidates have completed this form. Kamleshwar Singh Patel, a candidate for Congress, filed his second nomination on Tuesday. In addition, Pujanram Saket filed the form on behalf of the BSP, Sunil Tiwari, Giani Jaiswal, Laxman Bais, Rakesh Patel, and the Narayan Das Shah People's Party of India (Democratic).
Ashish Dubey, the BJP contender for the Jabalpur Lok Sabha constituency, submitted his nomination papers on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he plans to submit a nomination once more. In addition, Lal Singh from the National Equality Dal and Rakesh Chaudhary from the BSP filled out the applications.
Madhya Pradesh Jan Vikas Party candidate Satya Prakash Sulkhe and Congress candidate Samrat filed their nominations for the Balaghat Lok Sabha constituency on Tuesday. Priyanka Bhandarkar of the Bharatiya Shakti Chetna Party and Saurabh Lilhare, Mahadev Nagdeve, Bhuvan Singh Koram, and Dhani Lal Maneshwar of the People's Party All India (Democratic) submitted nominations as independent candidates. Bharti Pardhi, a BJP candidate, has already turned in the application.

Inder Singh Uike, Devsingh, Ghursingh Sallam, Rakesh Thakur, and Dr. Bhavsingh Tekam from the Bahujan Samaj Party, Sukhdev Singh Kushram from the Aapki Apni Party (People's), and Ramkumar Inwati from the Smart Indians Party have also submitted nominations as independents.
