Of these 102 seats, 12 are from Rajasthan, 6 are from Madhya Pradesh, and 39 are from Tamil Nadu. The dates of the Lok Sabha elections were revealed by the Election Commission on March 16 during a news conference.
The Election Commission's announcement states that the deadline for submitting a nomination is March 27. On the other hand, the nomination papers will be examined on March 28. The deadline for nomination withdrawals has been established for March 20.
The Bihar festival has caused a modification in the program. The deadline for nominations in this case is March 28. The date of scrutiny is March 30. Bihar candidates have until April 2 to remove their names.
Venkateshwar Mahaswami, the first candidate to file in Maharashtra, will challenge Gadkari.

In reality, Venkateswara Mahaswami has asked to be considered as a candidate from the Solapur district by the Bharatiya Janata Party. On April 19, voting will take place in the Madhya Pradesh cities of Sidhi, Shahdol, Jabalpur, Mandla, Balaghat, and Chhindwara. The deadline for submitting nominations for these positions is March 20. While the Congress has only selected its candidates for Sidhi, Mandla, and Chhindwara, the BJP has already announced their slate.
The Sidhi and Mandla ticket dilemma has been resolved. The Congress has put forward former minister Kamleshwar Patel, while the BJP has put forth Dr. Rajesh Mishra for the Sidhi Lok Sabha seat. Faggan Singh Kulaste of the BJP and Omkar Singh Markam of the Congress have been offered chances to run for the Mandla Lok Sabha constituency. In addition, there is a competition in Chhindwara between Nakul Nath and Bunty Sahu. Congress candidates for Shahdol, Jabalpur, and Balaghat have not yet been announced. Himadri Singh in Shahdol, Bharti Pardhi in Balaghat, and Ashish Dubey in Jabalpur have all received tickets from the BJP.
Nominations for eight Uttar Pradesh seats
Eight Lok Sabha seats from Uttar Pradesh—Saharanpur, Kairana, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Nagina, Moradabad, Rampur, and Pilibhit—will be up for vote. This will have a nomination procedure that opens on Wednesday. Independents are first allowed to submit nominations. For a few seats, the parties have not yet announced their candidates.
There will be nominations for these 12 Rajasthani seats.
Sriganganagar, Bikaner, Churu, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Jaipur, Jaipur Rural, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, and Karauli-Dholpur are among the places where the nomination process has begun. No candidates have been announced by the BJP-Congress in Sriganganagar, Jaipur, Jaipur Rural, Dausa, Karauli-Dholpur, Congress in Nagaur, BJP in Jhunjhunu, and Congress in Sikar.
Elections for four Lok Sabha seats in Bihar—Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, and Jamui—will take place in the first phase. The NDA and INDI alliance have not yet revealed the names of their candidates, but the nomination procedure for these seats begins on Wednesday.
